The client: a primary metals manufacturer with a storied past, including helping to guide America through the Industrial Revolution in the 1800s.
The position: an Engineering Manager to help modernize the facility by managing new equipment installation, developing cutting edge preventive maintenance programs, improving efficiency, and managing a team of young problem solvers on staff.
This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and was completed in 10 weeks. The new incumbent did not require relocation.
