The Partners Alliance pleased to announce that it was exclusively retained by a major steel company in Ohio to locate and to help hire a Senior Steelmaking Manager to manage 25 salaried management personnel and 210 hourly employees in its Melt Shop. The Melt Shop contains an Electric Arc Furnace that has 175-ton capacity. This role reported directly to the Plant Manager and was successfully completed in 10 weeks.
