The Partners Alliance Forges Strong Client Relationship

The Partners Alliance recently completed a 9-month retained recruiting assignment with a specialty metals producer operating in Western Pennsylvania and Ohio.  The client needed to rapidly staff engineering, operations and support areas to successfully integrate a new acquisition, expand its product line and meet increased production quotas.

The Partners Alliance augmented the efforts of the Human Resources department to recruit and place over 25 employees in a wide range of positions. Placements Included Metallurgical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Safety Engineers, Product Engineers, Operations Supervisors, Human Resources associates, and Purchasing personnel at three different locations.
