Contract
We provide temporary employees to work at your location or at a remote job site. 

Contract-to-Direct Employment
Temporary employees who are hired for project work may be eligible for direct employment, giving the client and the potential employee an opportunity to evaluate one another before offering or accepting permanent employment.

Direct Employment
Working from our database of national candidates, The Partners Alliance will locate the perfect employee based on the client's specific job requirements.

For those clients who need to outsource an entire project, our professional staff can take on any assignment and finish the project on target, on time and on budget.

Project Teams
We assemble a team of knowledge experts to tackle tough assignments either at a customer's location or at a remote job site. Unlike working with an integrator, our clients are involved with the team selection process to ensure the right fit. And because the clients are an integral part of the selection process, many team members are offered full-time employment once the project is completed.

Fixed-Price Project
With the specialized resources of our Alliance members available to us, we can provide fixed-price project solutions that meet our client's exact specifications. And again, our clients are involved the team selection process to ensure an added comfort level between the client and the individuals working on the project. 

Our Unique Approach
The Partners Alliance maintains a network of industry contacts and independent recruiting consultants, each with specialized technical expertise and extensive industry knowledge, to provide our clients with an additional level of technical screening. This in-depth knowledge allows our consultants to speak in great detail regarding specific job responsibilities, allowing for a better fit between the client and the candidate.

The Partners Alliance Difference
